Kali is a trauma-informed certified breathwork facilitator who guides intentional, nervous system focused sessions designed to support emotional release, self-awareness, and reconnection. Her approach blends structure with intuition, creating a space that is both supportive and empowering. She believes the breath is a powerful tool for coming home to yourself.

The Art of the Practice

Kali's breathwork approach bridges the functional and the mystical, offering a grounded practice that supports both nervous system regulation and expanded states of awareness.

 

On one level, it is practical and embodied—designed to help you shift stress, build resilience, and gain more control over your emotional and physiological state through the breath.

 

On another level, it opens the door to deeper inner experience, where breath becomes a gateway into release, insight, and a felt sense of connection beyond the thinking mind. Each session is intentionally structured to hold safety and clarity while allowing space for something more subtle and expansive to emerge.

 

The result is a practice that is both usable in everyday life and capable of taking you into profound inner exploration.

Kali's music choice during the session was perfect. I felt very comfortable and empowered to get what I needed from the space. It felt unique compared to online breathwork videos I had done. The space Kali held came alive and impacted me more deeply thanks to Kali and her guidance!

I went to Kali’s breathwork session—where she guided us in restorative movement, breath and journaling. Each detail was thoughtful and well-curated: from the topical theme of seasonal transition, to the comforts of blankets, candlelight and tea. She brought together a lovely community and gave us the option to get to know each other after the class—which I loved. 

Kali is an excellent teacher with a calming voice and demeanor. Breathwork can be vulnerable and bring up so many emotions, so someone like Kali—who can make literally anyone feel comfortable—is the perfect instructor. 

I’d imagine all types of practitioners would feel comfortable with Kali at the front of their class; as a beginner, I would totally recommend anyone interested in breathwork to attend one of her sessions.
